Mivo provides AI-powered content generation services including:

• AI-generated images and photographs
• AI-generated videos and animations
• AI avatar creation and customization
• Face swap and video transformation tools
• Text-to-image and text-to-video generation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Our Platform operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits must be purchased before use and are non-refundable once used
• Credit costs vary based on the type and complexity of content
• Payments are processed through QRIS and Virtual Account
• Credits are deducted at the time a generation is submitted, regardless of the final output

Because Mivo delivers digital content and AI generation services that are consumed immediately, our refund policy is designed to be fair to users while protecting the Platform from abuse. Please read it carefully before purchasing credits.

1. Credits are non-refundable once used.

Credits that have been used to generate content are not refundable. Once a generation is submitted and credits are deducted, the transaction is final. AI output is inherently variable, and we do not refund credits for generations that complete successfully but do not meet your creative expectations.

2. Unused credits are non-refundable, except at our discretion.

Unused credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for unused credits in exceptional circumstances, such as a genuine error on our part. Any such refund is a goodwill gesture and does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar refund in the future.

3. Failed generations.

If a generation fails due to a system error on our side (for example, the service is unable to produce an output), we will automatically return the credits used for that failed generation to your account. This does not apply to generations that complete successfully, even if you are unhappy with the result.

4. No refunds for terminated accounts.

If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to any refund for unused credits or any amounts paid.

5. How to request a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and details of the purchase. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Abuse.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or part of an attempt to obtain free credits through repeated account creation or misuse of the Platform.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce deepfakes or misleading content
• Generate content depicting minors inappropriately
• Create content promoting violence or discrimination

Your Content: You retain ownership of original content you upload.

Generated Content: You own AI-generated content created through your account.

Platform IP: All Platform technology and branding remain the property of Mivo.

We employ automated and manual content moderation. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove content that violates our policies, and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content, uninterrupted service, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mivo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and unused credits may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
