Mivo provides AI-powered content generation services including:
- AI-generated images and photographs
- AI-generated videos and animations
- AI avatar creation and customization
- Face swap and video transformation tools
- Text-to-image and text-to-video generation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Our Platform operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits must be purchased before use and are non-refundable once used
- Credit costs vary based on the type and complexity of content
- Payments are processed through QRIS and Virtual Account
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Produce deepfakes or misleading content
- Generate content depicting minors inappropriately
- Create content promoting violence or discrimination
Your Content: You retain ownership of original content you upload.
Generated Content: You own AI-generated content created through your account.
Platform IP: All Platform technology and branding remain the property of Mivo.
We employ automated and manual content moderation. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove content that violates our policies, and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content, uninterrupted service, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mivo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and unused credits may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
